A classic Japanese syrup made by combining raw sugar with Mizuho Dainagon azuki, a local variety grown only in the former Mizuho district of Kyotamba Town.

<About SHUKA syrup>

A syrup crafted by SHUKA, derived from the essence of seeds that seeps out during the traditional food preservation process of "candying."

Every diverse seed has its own unique character. While simple, made only with seeds and sugar, this craft syrup allows you to fully enjoy the distinct personality of each seed.
