We use pistachios grown and passed down for over 100 years by the Pariz farm in Iran, a major production region. Among them, we select "Super Green" pistachios, prized for their youth and vibrant green color, and complement their refreshing finish with the gentle sweetness of wasanbon, a fine Japanese sugar from Tokushima.
