To ensure that everyone who visits SHUKA has a comfortable experience, please read the following guidelines.

●Please be mindful of scents and noise.

Due to our limited space, customers may be seated in close proximity to one another.
We ask that you please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or making loud noises out of consideration for those around you.
SHUKA confections are delicate. Let us work together to create a space where we can appreciate the gifts of nature and savor the seed.
　　

●The 2nd-floor cafe space requires a one-drink minimum (includes seat fee).

This is a space designed for you to experience the "feelings of a seed."
Please order one drink per person and enjoy your time here.
*The outdoor benches are free to use.
　　　　

●We do not accept seat reservations (Last order at 17:00). During busy periods, we may ask you to share a table.

●Bringing in outside food or drinks is prohibited. *Milk, baby food, etc., are exceptions.

●There is no elevator. We can store large items (suitcases, strollers, etc.) on the 1st floor, so please feel free to ask. Additionally, for safety reasons, please do not allow children to play on the stairs.

●Our shop is non-smoking. There is no smoking area.

●There is no Wi-Fi available.

●Please place umbrellas in the rack provided at the shop entrance (as they have fallen from the 2nd floor in the past).

●There are two parking spaces next to the shop. If full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot (we have no partner lots).
